| A Will can be as simple or complex as you desire, and can be modified at any time. Obviously, distribution of assets upon death will have tax consequences; accordingly, a tax expert should be consulted.
For estates valued at $250,000.00 or less, a simple will should suffice. I have attached a form that can be used as a template in creating a simple will for each adult member of your family.
For estates valued over $250,000.00, consult an estate planner or certified probate attorney.
